    Acheté dans le cadre de mon activité d’éducatrice en IME que j’avais découvert lors d’une émission radio. Formation efficace, avec de belles illustrations et les enfants ont tout de suite accroché. La formation est complète, variée et très bien construite.     Je recommande vivement cette formation sur les émotions. Je l’ai faite avec mon fils de 5 ans qui fait parfois des crises de colère. Il a adoré et me demande souvent d’y jouer et aime beaucoup les jeux et vidéos. Vraiment ludique et permet à travers les activités de parler de ses émotions … et des miennes aussi.     J’ai été séduite par l’académie Mon Monde à Moi avec la formation sur le émotions. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans prennent un réel plaisir à y jouer et même la plus grande de 13 ans. Bon rapport qualité prix. Superbe outils à suivre en famille et je dois dire que ça nous permet de communiquer davantage ensemble et d’exprimer nos émotions, et de moins culpabiliser lorsque je me mets en colère et d’expliquer pourquoi j’ai réagi de cette façon. On parle souvent des émotions des enfants, mais c’est important aussi pour les parents d’expliquer aux enfants comment et pourquoi nous réagissons et les émotions que nous ressentons. Bref, très bien aussi bien pour les enfants que les parents …. et du coup, je culpabilise après avoir perdu patience avec mes enfants. Désolée pour ce long commentaire, mais c’est un sujet important dont on ne parle jamais assez en famille. Super nannie n’a qu’à bien se tenir …. je deviens experte dans la gestion des émotions 😉.
